Where
We ship via Namibia Post to most international destinations that are in the Universal Postal Union unless another carrier is specifically requested.

How much
The flat rate for shipping international orders is N$950/ $65. If that does not cover the shipping cost to you, we will invoice you for the balance.

When
Your parcel will arrive within 6-14 working days from date of shipment. Kindly note we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred or for delays due to customs control. Please be aware of possible shipping delays over December as well as individual countries’ pandemic measures.

How
We will send you an email with the initial tracking information of your parcel within 2 days, and your international tracking number within 4 days. Kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct – we are not able to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. 

What if
Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. In the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery, and contact us at salesadministration@omba.org.na

Domestic

How

We will send you an email with the initial tracking information of your parcel within 24 hours. Kindly ensure that your shipping address  a physical location and is correct.

How much
The flat rate for shipping domestic orders is N$85. If that does not cover the shipping cost to you, we will invoice you for the balance.

When
Your parcel will normally arrive within 2-4 working days from date of shipment. Contact us at salesadministration@omba.org.na if you need special delivery arrangements.

We will send you an email with the initial tracking information of your parcel within 24 hours. Kindly ensure that your shipping address  a physical location and is correct.

What if
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives as it was sent out. However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at salesadministration@omba.org.na/ 

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order or it is damaged, your may return the order or request a refund. Please contact us with the order number within 7 days of receiving your order and state the reason for the return including photos if damaged.

Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of logging your return request, at your own cost. We will replace it or issue a refund, the original shipping fee excluded.
